Melvin Whitney

Melvin Whitney, Jr. joined M State in 2020 as director of advancement and development with the M State Foundation. He has extensive experience in seeking and building relationships, customer retention, CRM activities, sales and public speaking/presentations. Whitney is a former president and current member of the Fargo West Rotary and is deeply invested in building strong communities and equally passionate about the mission of M State. He earned his associate of arts degree at Northland Community & Technical College and his Bachelor of University Studies with an emphasis in Business Management at North Dakota State University.
